Read this article about how to now use a USB storage device to save your stuff from your 360! You no longer need a transfer kit to download our rosters!

How do you download your latest rosters onto/through this 'storage device'?
i wanna know the same. i have put it on a usb and nothing is showing on it via the xbox.
how do you even download the newest version. All i see is "version 1."

I haven't tested it myself yet, I will soon.
But, there's still only version 1 rosters available on this site for xbox. Isn't it from November or December?
Petrpuck, any word on a version 2 roster update for download?
