He was BORN in Houston, TX but raised in DeWinton, AB, therefore his origin is Houston.
Sorry guys, I checked Internet Hockey Database. It threw me off when I saw it as Houston because he plays for Team Canada (at the World Juniors) and when I saw that at ihdb.com I naturally assumed they had it right.
